Object of the week

SCHNEIDER- Pair of two light crystal candlesticks, circa 1960

This week, we offer you a little nugget: a pair of candlesticks, but in crystal from the Schneider house, created just before the First World War. Above all, the Schneider house, in the 1960s, developed a production in clear crystal, close to that invented by Michel Daum for the homonymous house. The crystal is of very good quality, worked with pliers in an organic and simple shape, but imbued with great poetry: in our candlesticks with four very different branches you can see an orchid… or something else entirely! Above all, the crystal and golden metal of the bobèches reflect and diffract the light of the candles: a magical atmosphere is created, the party can begin!

Although typical of the 1960s, this pair of candlesticks will fit on all tables but also in all interiors.

Best of all, it’s very affordable!
